Local Food Fest Campaign: NGA Award Winner!

Overview

The Local Food Fest campaign was developed collaboratively at the organizational level, and I was responsible for leading the multi-location marketing rollout. I directed execution from planning through launch, ensuring brand consistency, timely asset deployment, and cross-functional alignment across stores. Leading a team of designers, account managers, and interns, I oversaw creative production, publication schedules, and vendor coordination efforts. Through structured execution and year-over-year optimization, the campaign earned a National Grocers Association (NGA) Creative Choice Award for Community Engagement and achieved a 110% increase in vendor participation in its second year.
